Quality in all we do

At BEMA Consulting GmbH, Quality Management is an essential part of who we are and what we do. Eleanor Lang, our QM representative is also a member of the management team, ensuring that Quality is an integral part of the management system.

The recent audit report confirms this: “The QM System at BEMA Consulting GmbH and quality practices are found at every level of the organization. They are well understood and used in all processes.”

We received DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certification for the first time in August 2005. After another very successful audit in 2008 our current certification is valid until 2011. Yearly audits are completed to ensure best practices are maintained.

Eleanor Lang, Head of Process and Quality and QM Representative says,
“Quality Management and Process Improvement are directly related to customer satisfaction and business success. We know that in Process and Quality Management it is important to have clear communication with all the people involved in making it a success”.
