Meeting customer needs effectively
The Tele-Sales Team at BEMA Consulting GmbH can provide you with an additional new sales channel, where we are in direct contact with your customers. We can cover all the elements of a successful sales channel: From customer telephone contact, through to advising customers on offers and products, and providing a quotation, generating and booking an order. An experienced and knowledgeable partner, we support your customers directly and mirror the processes and structure of your organization.
We have a wealth of experience in the areas of Test and Measurement, Automotive and IT. Our employees receive regular training and coaching and this training, combined with their sales experience, allows them to work on new complex projects quickly and effectively.
Communication is important to us. Regular reporting ensures that our customers are always informed.
We work with our systems, or directly in our customers’ databases – either on or off site.
